Home Life Hive provides home renovation services including but not limited to interior renovation, exterior renovation, roofing installation and repair, and solar installation and repair. All services are subject to a separate written contract between the company and the client.
All estimates provided through our website, email, or in-person consultations are preliminary and non-binding until a formal contract is signed. Final pricing may vary based on actual project conditions, material availability, and scope changes requested by the client.
Renovation work will only commence after a written contract is signed by both parties. The contract will detail the scope of work, timeline, payment schedule, warranty terms, and other project-specific conditions.
Payment terms are specified in individual project contracts. Generally, a deposit is required before work begins, with progress payments at agreed milestones. Final payment is due upon satisfactory completion of the project as outlined in the contract.
Warranty terms vary by package and are detailed in the project contract. Warranties cover workmanship defects and do not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications.
Clients agree to provide timely access to the work area, make decisions within reasonable timeframes, adhere to the agreed payment schedule, and communicate any concerns or changes through the designated project manager.
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or use the website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation.
